Delivery Conditions

In view of quality assurance, in your best interest, our delivery conditions are quite specific.

Lollylicious is unable to deliver on National Public Holidays or weekends. Where orders are placed with delivery dates specified on a weekend or National Public holiday, these orders will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Services

Delivery of your gift is as IMPORTANT to US as it is to YOU!

It's for this reason your gift will arrive professionally boxed, packed with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack inclusion to keep it cool while in transit (exclusions apply). And because we always go the extra mile, you will also receive an email notification when the gift is on it's way. We know what matters when it comes to gifting!

Standard Delivery 

Same Day Suburbs: These suburbs are available for SAME DAY delivery. Delivery takes place during standard business hours Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm (6pm residential). Standard Delivery service allows a delivery date to be requested, we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery. Orders close 9.30am on the day of delivery for Same Day Delivery.

NOTE: Wollongong Zone 3 (selected suburbs), Central Coast Overnight Zone 2A, NSW Country Zone 5, ACT Zone 6, VIC  Zone 7 & QLD  Zone 8 are NOT a SAME DAY SERVICE

Next Day and Beyond Suburbs: These suburbs are not available for SAME DAY delivery. Delivery takes place during standard business hours Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm (6pm residential). Standard Delivery service allows a delivery date to be requested (next day or beyond), we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery. For 1-6 day delivery suburbs delivery will take place between 9am-5pm for businesses and 9am-6pm for residential addresses.

We Recommend

Lollylicious recommends you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Lollylicious requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery.

Authority To Leave

In your interest, customers are required to provide their 'Authority to Leave' the package at the intended premise (if unattended) to avoid a re-delivery charge of $15.00. Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, self contained with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack (exclusions apply) to keep it cool whilst in transit.

While Lollylicious cannot control environmental factors relating to heat and/or extreme temperatures, this non-toxic ice-pack inclusion proves to assist in maintaining a reasonable temperature for the short period your gift is in transit. Additional Ice Packs are available to purchase, if there are any concerns about heat or unattended premises at the time of delivery.

Phone On Arrival

Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, Lollylicious and it's agents are not in a position to contact gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and/or to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions in-line with our Delivery Terms & Conditions, at the time of order.

Specific Time Requests

Delivery of your gift is as important to US as it is to YOU. Standard Delivery service takes place during standard business hours Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm (6pm residential). Deliveries will arrive between the 'delivery period outlined' based on the service you have booked. Please note some exclusions may apply. Requests for specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Lollylicious will dispatch your gift as close as possible to your preferred delivery date and time, if/where possible. In some cases your gift may arrive earlier than expected and on the rare occasion delays may occur. These delays can be caused by factors outside our control and we appreciate your understanding if/should this occur.

Limited Liability

Lollylicious retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted or undeliverable' products.

Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, self contained with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack (exclusions apply) to keep it cool whilst in transit.

While Lollylicious cannot control environmental factors relating to heat and/or extreme temperatures, this non-toxic ice-pack inclusion proves to assist in maintaining a reasonable temperature for the short period your gift is in transit. Delivery Delays

Lollylicious will dispatch your gift as close as possible to your preferred delivery date and time, if/where possible. In some cases your gift may arrive earlier than expected and on the rare occasion delays may occur. These delays can be caused by factors outside our control and we appreciate your understanding if/should this occur.

Hospital Deliveries

Where delivery is to take place at a Hospital. Lollylicious recommends the customer provide as much detail as is possible. Room number, Bed, Ward or Wing are preferred over ‘General Reception’ due to past experience with deliveries being returned. Hospitals have differing policies regarding the acceptance of packages, our drivers are required to follow their instructions at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address Details Supplied

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details, Lollylicious cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

To avoid disappointment or additional charges, it is important that the customer supply us with the full and correct address details when placing your order. This will assist us in a smooth delivery without time delay. Please include as much information as possible such as ward, building or block name, room or floor number or classroom/teacher if at a school.

Although we do our best to identify and resolve any addresses that have insufficient details prior to sending them out, it is important that we highlight our policy for returned/undeliverable products.

Returned or Undeliverable Products

Where an attempted delivery has been made without success, due to inaccurate, incomplete, change of details or restricted access to requested premises; Lollylicious reserves the right to charge a 'Re-Delivery Fee' of $15.00. This additional charge will be notified if/when a complication as outlined, arises. This fee will be due and payable at the time of notification, before any further or additional delivery instructions can be actioned by Lollylicious and/or our agents.

The customer accepts that a re-delivery may cause delays in their gift arriving on their nominated date; and while Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, self contained with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack (exclusions apply) to keep it cool even on the hottest days; the customer acknowledges that Lollylicious remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted or undeliverable' products.

Areas of Difficult Access - Delivery to Residential Secure/Gated Complexes, Military Bases/Ships

Where delivery is to take place at a residential secure / gated complex or Military Bases/Ships, in your interest, it is important that Lollylicious agents can access the intended address without complication or delay. For this reason, delivery to residential secure / gated complex or Military Bases/Ships will occur at our discretion. Should Lollylicious choose not to accept an order with delivery to a residential secure / gated complex or Military Bases/Ships, the customer will be notified immediately at the time of order, with a full refund supplied (via the method in which payment occurred) within 24 - 48 hours. Should Lollylicious unknowingly accept an order with delivery to a residential secure / gated complex, and complications are experienced by our agents at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees and/or an alternate delivery address will/may be required with delivery taking place on a subsequent day.

Delivery of Gifts with Alcohol

Please note: Under NO circumstance will we leave any of our products that contain alcohol unattended at a premise or with a recipient under the age of 18. See The Small Print for full details. Products containing alcohol MUST be delivered to a BUSINESS address or be able to be accepted by a person over the age of 18 years.

Festive Season Delivery

Delivery of your gift is as important to US as it is to you. Lollylicious.com.au is aware that many offices have shut-down periods with premises left unattended. In the event that this occurs, your gift may be returned to us where re-delivery fees will apply. We ask that you investigate any likely closures prior to placing your order, to avoid disappointment. The customer accepts that a re-delivery may cause delays in their gift arriving on their nominated date, particulary if/where our office or our assigned Courier Service is closed during the Festive Season. While Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, self contained with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack inclusion to keep it cool even on the hottest days; the customer also acknowledges that Lollylicious remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of delayed delivery due to 'returned or undeliverable' products.

Bulk Deliveries

For orders of 3 or more bouquets to the ONE location, Bulk Delivery Rates apply. Quotes available on request. As Bulk Orders require specialised handling and packing to ensure all gifts arrive to the ONE location generally within a SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME. Delivery of your gifts are as important to US as they are to YOU. Bulk Orders are shipped from POINT to POINT with no other stops between, unlike our standard shipping arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of the gifts, the expertise our nominated agents display in managing environmental factors while in transit and en-route to your door, are second to none. Standard shipping fees, charges and terms do not apply to bulk orders. Minimum notice periods do apply.

Special Occasion Delivery Service

Special Occasion Delivery service takes place between 8am and 2pm on SELECTED SPECIAL OCCASIONS. Special Occasion Delivery service allows the delivery date to be requested however we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery. The Special Occasion Delivery fee is set at $25 and is payable in addition to the cost of your order. Orders close 2.00pm the business day prior. Select Sydney Suburbs Only (Suburb Listing Provided on Occasion). Special Occasion Delivery is only available by contacting our customer care team via email- info@lollylicious.com.au
