We urge you to read the below information before contacting Lollylicious regarding your delivery. If there is a CONCERN that we have not met Lollylicious DELIVERY SERVICE STANDARDS as outlined below and on our website, please CONTACT US (see below).


Check your order for the DELIVERY SERVICE you chose:

  • STANDARD DELIVERY will arrive between 9am - 5pm (Business) or 6pm (Residential)

Authority To Leave

As agreed by you at CHECKOUT:

If no-one's home, we'll leave the gift safely and securely boxed, self-contained with a food safe non-toxic ice pack (exclusions apply). Authority to leave extends to Reception, Administration Offices, Warehouse, Mailrooms and other members of staff at Business locations.

Delivery of Gifts with Alcohol

As agreed by you at CHECKOUT:

Under NO circumstance will we leave any of our products that contain alcohol unattended at a premise or with a recipient under the age of 18. See The Small Print for full details. Products containing alcohol MUST be delivered to a BUSINESS address.

How Is The Gift Packaged?

First impressions are lasting! Lollylicious safely transport and present your bouquet boxed, self contained with a food safe, non-toxic ice-pack (exclusions apply) to keep it cool when in transit.

Before You Contact Lollylicious

  • Has the DELIVERY PERIOD ended? 5pm for Business Deliveries, 6pm for Residential Deliveries.
  • Have you supplied the correct DELIVERY address? Check your order.
  • Check with the recipient if you haven't heard from them.
  • If delivery has taken place to a BUSINESS ADDRESS, check with the MAILROOM or WAREHOUSE.
  • If delivery has taken place at a HOSPITAL, check with the RECEPTION, the WARD or the PATIENT| FRIENDS | FAMILY directly.
  • If delivery has taken place at RESIDENTIAL PREMISES, gift may be left discreetly at the FRONT|REAR DOOR, or other safe location on premise.
  • Some Businesses and Hospitals have differing policies regarding the acceptance of packages, our drivers are required to follow their instructions at the time of delivery.
