Shipping Carriers

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Go Logistics depending on the delivery method you select. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse and is collected by the carrier, they take full responsibility for completing the delivery.

Delays

Any unexpected delays that occur after your order has been marked as “Dispatched/fulfilled”are outside our control. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds or store credits for late deliveries. If you’re ordering for a specific date or occasion, we recommend contacting us beforehand so we can guide you on the best shipping option. Please note however that specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed.

Delivery Time Frames

Estimated delivery times differ based on your location and the service you choose. To view current estimates for your destination, head to the Checkout page and select your suburb/postcode from the dropdown menu.

Delivery Date & Time

We’re not able to guarantee or pre-book exact delivery dates or times. Tracking updates are usually reliable, and you’ll receive an email once your parcel is dispatched. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If being delivered by Australia Post, If there’s no one available to accept the parcel and it’s not safe to leave, it is typically taken to the nearest Post Office and held for up to 7 days. After this period, it will be returned to us. If being delivered by Go Logistics the parcel will be left if it’s safe to do so. If not and no one is able to accept the parcel it will be returned to the depot and redelivery will have to be arranged, but a new delivery fee will apply.

Return to Sender

Parcels may be returned if the address is incorrect, the recipient is unknown, the delivery is refused, or the package isn’t collected from the Post Office within the holding period. Returns for these reasons are not eligible for refunds, but we can resend your order after payment of a new shipping fee.

Changing Your Shipping Method

If you need to switch to a different shipping option, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t left the warehouse, we’ll put it aside and update the delivery method manually. Dispatch will resume once any additional upgrade fees have been paid.
